تدور احداث فيلم ‘‘ الطاقم ‘‘ حول طيار شاب يتعرض للفصل من عمله كطيار حربي بسبب مخالفته ï»·مر عسكري كان يراه غير صحيحا، لكنه سرعان ما يحصل على وظيفة كمساعد طيار في الطيران المدني، وخلال رحلة يطير خلالها إلى آسيا، يتلقى الفريق المصاحب رسالة حول جزيرة بركانية، ويقرر التوجه للقيام بمهمة لكى ينقذ هذه الجزيره
